How Our Escrow Service Works
7-Step Process
1. Deal Creation:
Buyer: Clicks on “Create Offer,” enters the channel details, and accepts the terms.
2. Deal Acceptance:
Seller: Reviews and accepts the offer proposed by the buyer.
3. Initial Payment:
Buyer: Pays 20% (25$ Minimum) of the channel amount to the website (acting as an escrow).
Escrow Agent: Confirms receipt of the 20% payment.
4. Manager Assignment:
Seller: Assigns the escrow agent as the channel manager.
5. Ownership Transfer Initiation:
Seller: After 7 days, assigns primary ownership rights to the escrow agent.
6. Final Payment:
Buyer: Pays the remaining 80% of the channel amount directly to the seller through the platform.
Seller: Confirms receipt of the final payment.
7. Final Ownership Transfer:
Escrow Agent: Removes the seller, transfers ownership to the buyer, and finalizes the deal.
In order to guarantee maximum security during the transaction, all messages must be sent through the website using the chat system where the transaction is completed, so that in case of any issues, the arbitration service can verify everything.
