Escrow Fee Refund Policy for Buyers

Fee Refund & Adjustment Cases

A buyer’s escrow fee will be refunded if:

  • The seller provides incorrect channel details.

  • The seller fails to provide access to the channel.

  • The seller cancels the deal.

  • Upon inspection by the escrow agent, the channel details do not match the information submitted by the seller.

Additional Notes:

  • In all of the above cases, the deal will be canceled and the buyer’s fee refunded.

  • Alternatively, if the buyer wishes to purchase another channel, the refunded fee can be adjusted toward the new purchase.

👉 This policy ensures a safe and fair transaction for both buyers and sellers.

No Refund Policy

  • If the buyer cancels the deal on or after the 7th day (scheduled day for completing the transaction), the escrow fee or any amount will not be refunded.

  • The seller is not paid only if the payment window is missed within the given time period.

  • Any cancellation by the buyer after the 7-day period will result in the deal being canceled without any refund.
